REGE features an integrated management system, which focuses on the customer needs and includes all the project development stages. The corporate processes are constantly on trial and new methods are selected and mapped into the process environment on a day-to-day basis. Production processes are designed so as to dovetail fault preventing measures with test processes. Effective tools and a standard ERP system assist the quality planning process, the tests, as well as the evaluation of quality data in terms of the best DMAIC practices.
